This is a traditional Bavarian Style Hefeweizen, brewed with un-malted wheat and 6 row barley to obtain the hazy unfiltered quality of a tradional Belgian Wit. Wheat is aged on dried chamomile and sweet orange peel to add a little spice and sweetness to this classic, easy drinking wheat ale. Our lightest offering.

Not your typical IPA. Our current offering uses more dark and roasted malts than a traditional IPA. Brewer Jeff Mathews prefers to balance the normal bitter of an IPA with a good malty backbone. Caramel and chocolate malts imparts rich flavors to enhance and compliment the large additions of Sorachi Ace and Nugget hops. Following fermentation this beer was also dry-hopped with one cone Warrior and German Hersbrucker.
